The first ICCA report, to appear after the start of the pandemic, and the only one (for now) to feature theDestination Performance Index (DPI)— an indicator that measures the originality and resilience of countries and cities in adapting from face-to-face to virtual and/or hybrid formats — placed The United States and Spain at the top (worldwide and European level, respectively). It also consolidated Portugal's prominence on the list.
