Ranking ICCA 2023
At IMEX Frankfurt, the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) announced the release of its 2023 ranking.

The ICCA research team analyzed all meetings submitted by its members, resulting in a report that includes more than 10,000 meetings held in 2023.

“We are pleased to share the ICCA Country and City Rankings for 2023,” said Senthil Gopinath, CEO of ICCA. “Our research team did an exceptional job in compiling this comprehensive data. This is a fundamental pillar for our association, providing valuable insights that empower our members and reinforce the strategic positioning of our community.”

This year’s report stands out for its increased continental diversity in the ranking of the top 20 countries. In addition to European, Asian, and North American nations, countries from Latin America and Oceania are also represented, compared to 2022. Furthermore, the results include the entry of an Asian destination among the top five, highlighting the region’s positive progress in adapting to a highly competitive environment.

ICCA will continue to promote the positive impact that international meetings and events can bring to all regions of the world, and remains committed to its role as an agent of change and an advocate for the industry and for society as a whole.
