How important is it to have a management that puts “the heart on the right side”?

In our days October 11 and 12, 2024, the HORECA sector met in Aveiro Exhibition Park for or AHRESP National Congress. This meeting addressed the strategic management and the challenges that mark the present and future of the Catering, Hospitality and Similar sectors. The objective was clear: to build a collective vision for the future of companies, involving the various Stakeholders and interested.

In addition to the opening, knowledge and closing sessions, the Congress had a diversified program that aimed to create a participatory environment and exchange of experiences. Workshops and parallel sessions, facilitated by different partners, provided moments of practical learning and in-depth discussion. The event also included a convivial dinner, the delivery of distinctions to AHRESP associates with more than 25 and 50 years of activity, and a gastronomic session of Restaurante ao Vivo, which brought a playful and experimental dimension to the meeting.
